71st Schuylkill County Firefighters' Convention
The Schuylkill County Volunteer Firefighters’ Convention is a series of events intended to celebrate and honor volunteer firefighting in Schuylkill County. In conjunction with our 100th anniversary, the Friendship Fire Co. will be hosting the convention this year.

The 71st Schuylkill County Volunteer Firefighters’ Convention will take place from Sunday, August 10th through Saturday, August 16th, 2025. The culmination of the convention will be the convention parade on Saturday, August 16th.

Parade
The 71st Schuylkill County Volunteer Firefighters’ Association Convention parade promises an extraordinary display of dedication and spirit, celebrating the volunteer fire service in Schuylkill County. The parade highlights a multitude of antique and in-service fire apparatus and includes various fire department marching units, and a variety of marching bands.
